By participating in photographs, video recordings, or other media (“Media”) taken by or on behalf of Killer Tomatoes Entertainment, Inc. (“Company”) at Comic-Con or any related event (“Event”), I agree as follows:
- Consent to Photography and Recording
I grant the Company and its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free right to photograph, film, videotape, record, or otherwise capture my image, voice, likeness, name, and statements (“My Likeness”) during the Event.
- Grant of Rights
I authorize the Company to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, edit, adapt, publish, sell, license, broadcast, and distribute My Likeness, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats, now known or later developed, including but not limited to theatrical motion pictures, television, streaming services, advertising, publicity, marketing, promotion, social media, and merchandising, for any lawful purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without further notice or compensation.
- Waiver of Rights
I waive any right to inspect or approve any finished product or derivative works incorporating My Likeness. I acknowledge that the Company is not obligated to use My Likeness in any way.
- Release of Liability
I release and discharge the Company and its officers, employees, contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the use of My Likeness, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or any other personal or property rights.
- Age Confirmation
I represent that I am at least 18 years of age. If I am under 18, my parent or legal guardian has signed below to consent on my behalf.
By participating in the Event, I confirm that I have read and understand this release.
