NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS IS A CONTEST OF SKILL. WINNERS ARE SELECTED BY JUDGING, NOT BY CHANCE.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. By entering, you release those companies from all liability in connection with this Contest.
1. Sponsor
W. Finletter Films, LLC, c/o Peace & Shea LLP, 2700 Adams Avenue, Suite 202, San Diego, CA 92116 (“Sponsor”). The “Federal Vegetable Investigation” and “FVI” are part of the Contest theme and refer to Sponsor. It is not a government agency.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a public Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account. Employees, vendors, and contractors of Sponsor, the judges, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Contest period
September 28, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time through October 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Sponsor’s clock controls.
4. How to enter
Complete all three steps during the Contest Period:
Create an original Halloween pumpkin inspired by Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. It may be carved, painted, drawn, worn, or part of a home display. It must be made by you, by hand. No AI-generated or AI-altered images or video.
Post a photo or video of it to your public Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account with the hashtag #KillerPumpkinContest. Your account and post must stay public through October 30, 2026.
Submit the entry form at killertomatoes.com/killerpumpkin with your name, email, and the link to your post.
One entry per person. If you submit more than one, only the first complete entry is judged. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, incomplete, not received, or made private or removed before judging ends.
5. Entry requirements
Entries must be your own original work, must not have been entered in another contest, must not include other people’s trademarks, copyrighted characters, or music (other than Killer Tomatoes imagery used for this Contest), must not include minors, and must not contain content that is obscene, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful. If another adult appears in your entry, you must have their permission. Sponsor may ask any entrant for process photos or other proof of hand creation and may disqualify anyone who does not provide it. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that, in its sole judgment, does not meet these requirements.
6. Judging
A panel of judges chosen by Sponsor will select one winner based equally on creativity, craftsmanship, and fidelity to the spirit of Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. Ties are broken by re-judging on creativity. Judges’ decisions are final.
7. Prize
One prize: $250 cash, paid by check or electronic payment, and one limited-edition Killer Tomatoes varsity jacket (approximate retail value $195). Total approximate retail value: $445.
Jacket subject to availability and available sizes. Sponsor may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No transfer or cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for all taxes. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before releasing a prize.
8. Winner notification
The potential winner will be notified on or about October 30, 2026 by email and by direct message to the posting account. A potential winner must respond within five days and, if requested, sign an affidavit of eligibility and release within seven days and provide a U.S. mailing address. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate using the same judging criteria. Prizes ship within approximately 30 days after verification.
9. Rights in entries and publicity
By entering, you give Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your entry (including the photos, videos, and caption in your post) together with your name, social media handle, city and state, and likeness as they appear in the entry, in any media, to run and promote the Contest and to promote Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, without further permission or payment, except where prohibited by law. You keep ownership of your entry. You confirm that you created it, that it is not AI-generated, that it does not violate anyone else’s rights, and that you have permission from anyone appearing in it.
10. Release
By entering, you release Sponsor, its contest administrator and vendors, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims arising out of your participation in the Contest, the making of your entry (including injuries from carving tools, candles, or other materials), or your acceptance or use of any prize. None of them is responsible for technical or platform failures, lost or late entries, or errors in Contest materials. In no event will they be liable for more than your out-of-pocket cost of entering, if any.
11. General
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, platform action, or any cause beyond its control affects the integrity of the Contest, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules or a platform’s terms. These Rules are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved individually, not as part of a class action, in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Contest is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.
13. Winner’s name
For the winner’s name, email “Pumpkin Menace Winners” to [email protected] by December 31, 2026.
